1. Definitions

• “We,” “our,” “us” – refers to Elegante Dove Design, its owners, and its employees.
• “You,” “your” – refers to the customer or user of our website and services.
• “Custom Products” – any items printed with your own design, image, or text.
• “Ready-Made Products” – any items using Elegante Dove Design pre-designed graphics.

2. Services Provided

• Book design & Layout
• Print-on-Demand Products (T-shirts, tote bags, mugs, stickers, decals, flyers)
• Photo Printing and Framing
• Custom and ready-made designs for sale

3. Orders and Payments

• Contracting us to render any of our services is done through our website or contact means.
• Payment must be made in full before production begins.
• If you prefer to pay part payment before the project begins please contact us.
• We accept credit payments only through Klarna.
• We accept the following payment methods; credit/debit cards, Swish, Klarna, PayPal, bank transfer, Google pay and Apple pay.
• Prices are listed in Swedish Krona currency and may be updated without prior notice.
• Placing order for print-on-demand items can be done via contact form or through our print-on-demand-website 

4. Custom Design and Printing

• You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or text you submit is accurate, free from spelling errors, and in the correct format.
• You must own the rights to, or have obtained proper permission to use, any images, logos, artwork, text, trademarks, or designs submitted to Elegante Dove Design for printing, customisation, or design services. By submitting such materials, you confirm that your content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties. 
• Elegante Dove design shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, legal disputes, or expenses arising from the unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of materials provided by the client. 
• The client assumes full responsibility for all submitted content and agrees to indemnify and hold Elegante Dove Design harmless against any related legal actions or claims.
• We reserve the right to reject designs that contain offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted material without permission.

5. Production and Delivery

• Design turnaround times are typically 2–5 business days. Printing and delivery times vary depending on product type and location.
• We make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates but cannot guarantee them due to shipping delays or external factors beyond our control.
• Orders are shipped using reliable carriers with tracking where available.

6. Color Accuracy

• While we strive to match colors as closely as possible to your original design, printed colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and printing methods.
• Minor color differences are not considered defects.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Redesign Policy

Due to the creative and customised nature of our services, all design service payments made to Elegante Dove Design are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. By approving a quotation, invoice, or project agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees that creative services involve time, planning, research, and production efforts that cannot be reversed after execution.

7.1 Design Revisions & Redesigns

Elegante Dove Design offers a limited number of revisions as outlined in the agreed service package or quotation. Revisions refer to minor adjustments to an existing approved concept, such as:

• Color adjustments
• Typography changes
• Layout refinements
•  Resizing
• Small content modifications

A redesign refers to a major change in creative direction after concept approval, including but not limited to:

• Requesting an entirely new concept
• Changing the overall visual style
• Replacing approved branding direction
• Restructuring completed layouts
• Major animation or illustration changes
• Substantial website redesign requests after approval stages

Major redesign requests may incur additional charges depending on the amount of work required.

7.2 Ongoing Project Revisions

During active project development and before final approval, clients may request reasonable revisions related to the agreed concept and scope of work. This may include adjustments such as:

•  Color palette refinements
•  Typography updates
• Spacing and layout improvements
•  Image replacements
• Minor animation timing changes
• Content adjustments
• Styling refinements

Elegante Dove Design aims to collaborate closely with clients throughout the creative process to ensure the final outcome aligns with the approved vision and brand direction.

However, repeated revision requests, excessive changes, or requests that significantly alter the originally approved concept, creative direction, or project scope may be treated as a redesign and may incur additional charges.

Once a design stage, concept, mockup, or final deliverable has been approved by the client, further major changes may require a separate redesign fee.

7.3 Revision & Refund for our Services

The above refund and return services in point , covers all of our services. However, here is additional information for each service.

7.3.1 Branding & Logo Design

Once initial concepts have been delivered, refunds are not available. Clients are encouraged to provide clear briefs and feedback during the design process. Approved concepts that later require complete redesigns may be billed separately.

7.3.2 Website Design Services

Deposits for website projects are non-refundable once planning or development has started. Refunds will not be issued for completed work, partially completed milestones, or delays caused by missing client content, feedback, or approvals.

Any redesign or structural changes requested after approval of layouts, mockups, or development stages may result in additional fees.

7.3.3 Motion Design Services

Animation, motion graphics, and video projects are highly time-intensive. Once storyboarding, animation production, or rendering has begun, refunds are generally not available. Changes outside the agreed scope or major creative revisions after approval stages may require additional billing.

7.3.4 Illustration Services

Custom illustrations are created specifically for each client and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once work has started. Pricing may vary depending on illustration complexity, style, and revisions requested. Major redraws or concept changes may be charged separately.

7.3.5 Book Design & Layout Services

Book covers, interior layouts, formatting, journals, and publication designs are customised creative services. Refunds are not available once concepts, layouts, or formatting work has commenced. Significant restructuring, page redesigns, or content replacements after approval may require additional charges.

7.3.6 Print & Media Design Services

Print-ready designs, marketing materials, social media graphics, and media assets are considered custom digital services. Refunds are not available once design production has started or final files have been delivered.

7.4 Final Deliverables

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final work before production, publishing, or printing. Elegante Dove Design shall not be held responsible for issues discovered after final approval, including typographical errors, content inaccuracies, or overlooked design elements approved by the client.

7.5 Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before work begins. If cancellation occurs after work has started, Elegante Dove Design reserves the right to retain deposits or charge for completed work, hours spent, research, consultations, and resources already invested into the project.

7.6 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, partial refunds, or service credits may be considered at the sole discretion of Xina Fashion in exceptional situations where deemed reasonable and appropriate.

8. Custom Products & Returns

Custom-made and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. However, returns or replacements may be accepted if the item received is significantly defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error made by Elegante Dove Design.

• Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, print alignment, material texture, or design appearance that may naturally occur during printing or handmade production processes shall not automatically be considered defects. Slight differences between digital previews and final printed products may also occur depending on screen settings, materials, and production methods.
• To request a review, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear photos and order details. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method; replacements will be sent at no extra cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Elegante Dove Design remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a design or product does not grant you ownership of the copyright unless explicitly stated.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without permission.

10. Use of Customer Designs

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless you request in writing that your design remain private.

11. Limitation of Liability

Elegante Dove Design shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, products, or creative deliverables. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, printing delays, third-party platform issues, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of completed designs, printed materials, or digital content.

While we strive to provide accurate, high-quality, and professional services, Elegante Dove Design does not guarantee that all designs, printed products, digital files, or website functionalities will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all final designs, layouts, text, animations, and print materials before production, publishing, or distribution.

Elegante Dove Design shall not be responsible for:

• Typographical or content errors approved by the client
• Colour variations between digital previews and printed products
• Third-party printing, hosting, marketplace, shipping, or platform issues
•  Delays caused by missing client feedback, files, approvals, or communication
• Compatibility issues caused by third-party software, plugins, browsers, or devices
• Unauthorized use of final deliverables by clients or third parties
• Normal wear and tear of products over time

NB: In all circumstances, Elegante Dove Design total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy Policy

We collect and store only the necessary information to process your order and improve our services.

We never sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order or by law. For more information regarding private policy, kindly visit our private policy page.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date.
